2008 Little Bear Creek

Little Bear Creek has become a mainstay in the wine racks of many wine enthusiasts. The 2008 vintage has the most to offer of any vintage to date. This vintage has more Cabernet Sauvignon than in past years giving the wines that chocolaty, round texture. The result is a black fruit core with a deep red edge. Blackberry, earth and licorice dominate the aroma, while a penetrating meaty, blue/black fruit note dominates the flavor.  Lots of Black Cherry, A big nose and nice vanilla scents flow from the glass.  A perfect wine for any occasion, this wine should be paired with the best barbeques.
