2007 Sauvignon Blanc
The summer of 2007 had abundant sunshine, hot days and cool nights making this 100% Sauvignon Blanc one of the richest offerings to date. The nose starts with lush tropical scents such as pineapple, mango, and citrus. The palate unfolds with flavors of passion fruit, lychee, and citrus. The wine is mouth filling with good texture and finishes well with cleansing acidity and great length to the flavors.
